Archaic Charter Proposals When the company was young, some of us spent a great deal of time working on charters that would define some sort of structure for our company. However nothing much came of it, although some suggestions became customary practice. Personally I favour Anarcho-syndicalism. Although I suggested the idea of a confederacy, I now believe that this idea involves too much administrative overhead, and would detract from the informal flavour of the company. I think the Confederate proposal version 2 is a proposal for federation rather than confederation, in that administrative power tends to belong to the central body. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. This is just my opinion of course (the preceeding paragraphs I mean).
