The Dictator is the undisputed leader of KAOS (any disputes will handled in the time honoured fashion). The Dictator makes all appointments, promotions and terminations and delegates all other activities necessary to KAOS operations.She is responsible for everything but denies it as often as possible. Her word is law!

The Politburo is made up of those keen and enthusiastic KAOS operatives who are actually willing to do some work. Some have specific duties, these include:

The Head of Internal Security, who is responsible for maintaining a reasonable standard of law and disorder amongst the members, and will be taking careful note of infringements against KAOS regulations and any conduct unbecoming a KAOS operative. The intelligence she gathers will be passed on to either the Chief Interrogator or the Dictator's personal assassin who will take appropriate action. She has spies everywhere and will be keeping an eye on you.

The Chief Interrogator is responsible for extracting confessions from agents who have been naughty, agents referred to him through investigations conducted by the Head of Internal Security and those heinous heretics who have strayed from the path of righteousness, who have sought succour from the infidel, who have indulged in all manner of unholy and deviant practices...

Q is responsible for the regulation of weapons. Any new weapons must be submitted to him for approval.

The Dictator's Personal Assassin (and pet ferret) is just that.

The Drillmaster makes sure that you bastards march into battle in a straight line and also instructs agents in battle etiquette.
