The Cat can be identified by traces of glitter left at the scene of her many crimes, and strange religious practices involving her own personal pantheon.
Their divine inspiration may have contributed to her brilliant criminal achievements, including the discovery that a debauched KAOS drinkies could be inflicted on the wider masses through the use of a mobile drinking facility.
She is also alleged to be addicted to "blue", and this may have caused her erratic behaviour involving furniture in the LCR and further undiscovered crimes.
She may be linked to several other crime syndicates.
